When you get a chance, check out the restored neighborhood sign at the pond. The sign was repainted, the posts were replaced, and the lighting and electrical equipment were improved. This was all accomplished by the hard work and efforts of our new officers, who hope you approve. We also hope to soon remove much of the algae and cattails that have been overtaking the pond.

Many have also approvingly noticed the new landscaped sign at the Sawgrass corner lot. This is mainly due to the new lot owner and our current president, Shawn Conner. This was the site for last summer's neighborhood Block Party.
